Palm fruit (FFB) growth of around 3 years into the production of fruit, fruit picking, after transport to palm oil production workshop, then enter the following process steps:
WEIGHBRIDGE STATION: Aransport fruit into the plant after the first truck weighing, easy settlement and after production costing.
LOADING RAMP STATION: As palm fruit undoading, cleaning, storage plantforms, all hydraulic segmented discharge./After weighting, the FFB will be loaded into the conveyor by loading ramp (This station can adopt automatic ash removal device. Feed with the automatic hydraulic door, and load with the method of infrared detecting material).
STERILIZING STATION: Then the FFB will be conveyed to the vertical / horizontal sterilizer. FFB will do sterilization treatment in sterilizer for several times to avoid the lipase hydrolyzing. (The use of high temperatures to cook soft fruit bunches and sterilization, easy to separate fruit bunches fruit, soft fruit, increasing the humidity of fruit, it is east to take the oil but also to make verification easier separation of the core-shell, preventing enzymatic decomposition, to avoid elevated levels of free fatty acids.)
THRESHING STATION: After sterilizer, the FFB is distributed to bunch conveyor by the mechanical bunch feeder and then enter the thresher machine for separating the palm fruit and bunch. (FFB is killing off the fruit fermentation process is softened, after beatin off the fruit machine and screening so empty fruit bunches and palm fruit separation.)
EMPTY BUNCH TREATMENT: Empty fruit bunches(EFB) after delivery or hoarding shipped orchard fertilizer as fuel, can also ne used for other purposes. (The empty bunch is conveyed to empty bunch loading platform and then transported to outside the factory area at fixed period. The empty bunch could be as fertilizer or reuse.)
DIGESTING: Stir the fruit while cooking again. (After crushing the fruit mash tank through the threshing and crushed and broken by stirring.)
PRESSING STATION: The pulp stone separation obtained CPO and stone, press machine adopts the double screw helix continuous discharge and Hydraulic, greatly improving production efficiency. (The palm fruit passed sterilizer and thresher processing will be sent to digester and then enter the special screw press to press out the crude palm oil (CPO) form the pulp.)
CLARIFICATION STATION: Oil clarified crude oil (CPO) was then squeeze out the water and also contains some impurities, after the initial sand shaker cans and clean up after entering ito a vertical separation cheng waste oil tank heating and stirring and edible vegetable oil, edible vegetable oil after drying after transporting crude oil to the tank. Dirty oil will have to grit removal system and after centrifugation through the treatment and recovery. (The oil and the sludge taken out separately (by 90% pure oil) is taken out of the oil containing 45%-55% of the water, sludge and other things.
PALM OIL STORAGE: After screen and sand trap tank, the crude palm oil will be sent to crude oil tank for heating processing, then be pumped into continuous clarification tank for separation. The purified oil will sent to pure oil tank and the sludge oil will be sent to sludge tank, after that the sludge oil should be pumped into the sludge oil centrifuge, and the separated oil will enter the continuous clarification tank again. The pure oil in the pure oil tank will be sent to the pure oil centrifuge for dehydration, and then enter the vacuum dryer, at last the dried oil will be pumped into collection tank.
SPLITTER: Through floating dry processing the fruit core and fibers separated, Fiber and other lighter stuff was blown appearance. (The fiber, nut and kernel separation are used the most mature winnowing system, and can be equipped with a complete set of automatic control system for the wind pressure and the air quantity.)
STEAM BOILER: For the wet fiber cake which be produced by screw press, after separating nut, it will be sent to boiler house to burnt. It has a strong output, high thermal efficiency, stable and reliable operation, overload capacity, fuel, wide applicability, enviromental protection and many other advantages.
